Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process:

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Any difference in price will be communicated and adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items that have been damaged due to improper care or handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
